Love and respect from Nepal. Come do a show here ✌
What do you think about smoking weed though?
Alco is a depressant not because you feel depressed after a while.. but because it depresses OUN.
You feel sad and shit when u stop because your body “learns” how to cope with no drink once more.. Dopamine levels go down a lot
I wish you luck buddy, I struggle with addiction as well

Thanks for the shoutout Wax for my new website! I appreciate it bro and cant wait to see you perform with TPS in LA!
Hey Wax, here’s a perfect description of addiction – “when you don’t know the difference between your own pleasure and pain, you’re an addict”
Mad respect for trying to get sober. I hope you are able to do it. Some young people will understand what you are talking about: I’m a 27 year old alcoholic, and I’ve been sober for about four and a half years as a member of AA. One of the many reasons that you are my favorite artist ever is that you talk about addiction in a way that no normie ever could.
A side note about your membership in AA, if you are truly serious about “taking the steps” required to stay sober, following the traditions of AA is a great idea. Remember the eleventh tradition: “we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, and films” (562). Those words were written something like 50 years ago, and everyone agrees that the spirit of the eleventh tradition means not publicly declaring yourself a member of AA on the internet. This is in case you relapse or do something crazy that bad publicity doesn’t get reflected onto AA. This doesn’t mean that you can’t tell people you are working the steps. It is totally acceptable to say “I am in a 12 step program” or “I am in recovery” just not “I am a member of AA.”
Super looking forward to driving my ass 6 hours to see you perform in Denver!
P.S. about staying sober with TPS, yeah, that sounds like a real difficult situation. Hopefully, you stay in close contact with your sponsor and make sure to talk to someone you respect in the program if you are thinking about drinking.
